In this video, we share an insight into the recovery focus of the program. We use fun, interactive virtual reality movement activities that are specific to you, which restore your health and function.
Delivered as a 6-session pain science program over 10 weeks or as part of an exercise physiology program, the Virtual Reality Pain Science Program is provided as a one-on-one, face-to-face, mobile service. EXPHYS supplies the virtual reality equipment.

EXPHYS consultant Martin Stead , provided personalised support focused on improving mental health, managing fatigue, improving function and building confidence toward future return to work goals. As the sole carer of her 6 year old child, improving her mental wellbeing and daily function was an important part of her recovery journey.
