BETTER PAIN VR PROGRAM

Immersive pain science education and coaching with brain and body retraining. Virtual reality brings to life the current, scientific knowledge to recover from pain.

OUR BETTER PAIN VR PROGRAM IS DELIVERED VIA:

This program uses a virtual reality headset with an EXPHYS Pain Coach, who are Physiologists with expert pain science knowledge and skill. 

SUITABILITY

  • Suitable for all types of pain, including but not limited to; injury, surgery, arthritis, nerve pain and sciatica, headache and migraine, fibromyalgia, endometriosis and pelvic pain, whiplash, inflammatory pain, CRPS, spinal conditions and amputees.
  • Provided as a one-on-one, face-to-face, mobile service.
  • Delivered as a 6 session pain science program over 10 weeks.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PAIN

  • Through your immersive, virtual reality experience, understand the science behind pain and why you hurt. 

RETRAIN YOUR PAIN

  • In the virtual reality environment, learn how to retrain your pain system to be less protective. 

RECOVERY – MOVEMENT ACTIVITIES

  • Fun, interactive virtual reality movement activities, that are specific to you which restore your health and function.
