Introducing Keegan Jones of EXPHYS 👋 Keegan Jones Exercise Physiologist Adelaide, SA Keegan is a curious and forward-thinking health professional, driven by innovation and evidence-based practice. His research on physiological and biomechanical workload has been published in the Journal of Australian Strength and Conditioning (JASC). With four years’ experience in clinical exercise physiology, Keegan’s expertise spans assessment of functional capacity, supporting return-to-work, and evidence-based care across pain, fatigue, mental health, and cancer recovery. Known for his clear communication and approachable manner, he builds trusted relationships with clients and partners, delivering high-quality care and meaningful outcomes throughout every stage of the recovery journey. Outside of work, Keegan channels his passion for martial arts as both a competitor and coach. He represented Australia at the 2025 World Beach Sambo Championships and serves as Head Coach and Coordinator of a kids Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program.
