Martin holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Exercise Science, both obtained from Australian Catholic University, Melbourne. Throughout his 17 years as an Exercise Physiologist, he demonstrates a passion for growth through ongoing professional development.
Martin provides immense value to his clients, helping them achieve meaningful health, life, and work goals. His extensive clinical background encompasses pain management, fatigue, cancer rehabilitation, mental health support, cardiovascular & respiratory rehabilitation, work conditioning and strength training.
Martin's breadth of experience spans multiple sectors, including private practice, employment services, National Panel of Assessors, vocational and occupational rehabilitation, and pre-employment medical assessments. He has contributed valuable pain management and wellness content for a digital health platform and has actively mentored emerging allied health professionals in the field.
Having previously held leadership roles within both a national health organisation and boutique rehabilitation provider, Martin brings invaluable clinical and operational acumen to his current position at EXPHYS. He leverages this wealth of experience to facilitate collaborative partnerships with referrers and client support teams.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Martin coaches his son's sports activities, while enjoying family life in Melbourne with his wife and son. Martin is passionate about his two favourite sporting teams – The Phoenix Suns in the NBA, and the Carlton Blues in the AFL.
