YOUR FIRST SESSION

  • Your mental health exercise physiologist gains an understanding of your recovery goals.
  • Together we develop a program to further improve your health.

FLEXIBLE LOCATIONS

  • Convenient and comfortable for you – home, outdoor, park, gymnasium, or pool. We supply equipment.
  • Individualised, one-on-one, supervised sessions, can include a friend/community group if preferred.
  • Telehealth services are also available to support you.

MOTIVATION AND GOAL ACHIEVEMENT

  • We provide motivation and empowerment, to assist you in building your own self-efficacy and self-esteem.

DURATION

  • Three months in duration, with instances where it may be shorter or longer.
  • Generally, weekly or fortnightly appointments.

TEAMWORK

  • We can collaborate with other members of your support team.
