Meet Amy Ella. Tweed/Northern Rivers, NSW. Gold Coast, QLD.

Amy is one of our amazing exercise physiologists. She sees clients face to face in the Tweed/Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions, and nationally via telehealth. 



Amy has a managerial background with four years clinical exercise physiology experience. She is highly regarded within her local community health and medical industry. Amy holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, with Post-Graduate Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University, NSW. 

 

Amy has holistic experience assisting clients across various backgrounds, including Life Insurance, National Disability Scheme, Veterans Affairs, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, and Motor Accidents. 

 

Amy’s genuine care for her clients, coupled with her clinical and rehabilitation expertise, has resulted with some remarkable client outcomes.

 

Amy is a true role model. She is a proud mother to five children and enjoys playing AFL.

RESOLVE uses modern up to date approaches to resolve persistent lower back pain. The evidence is compelling. EXPHYS are proud to integrate the RESOLVE approach into our BETTER PAIN Programs. NeuRA (UNSW) are now investigating transferring the RESOLVE research into real world health practice, by way of a research study. EXPHYS is privileged to be participating in this invitation only, ground breaking study with NeuRA. Adriana Giles, Clinical and Rehabilitation Lead; Charlotte Cummins, Regional Leader – WA, NSW; and Brenton Watson, Senior Exercise Physiologist, are representing EXPHYS in this study.
